We offer corporate accounts for frequent customers that prefer to pay by company cheque upon delivery.
Please note before proceeding:
You will be designated the primary contact for this account and will be required to provide the follow information:
• Company name, nature of the business and year business started;
• Accounts payable information including billing contact and billing address;
• Credit card information
By completing the application, you as a representative of your company, agree to the terms of the account (below):
Terms: Payment is due upon delivery of goods, by cheque or credit card. Overdue accounts will be charged to the authorized credit card on file.
